Coach (Re)Loved
I managed all site and email copy for Coach’s sustainability initiative, Coach (Re)Loved—a circular ecosystem for refurbishing, reimagining and recycling pre-loved and damaged Coach products.
I also launched Coach (Re)Loved Exchange as part of the Coach Insider program—a trade-in program that offers credit in exchange for used Coach bags.
Both programs helped Coach to gain legitimacy as a brand serious about sustainability and were precursors to Coachtopia, Coach’s “collaborative lab” (and sub-brand) for circular innovation.
